TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

✧ All payments are in USD via Paypal.✧ Updates are sent via Discord.
or can be monitored in my Trello commission tracking.✧ 8 working hours per day (weekdays).✧ All commissions are non-refundable (unless I am unable to finish the commission).✧ Commercial use of commissioned works must be negotiated beforehand.✧ Rushed deadlines may affect the illustration's quality.✧ Canvas sizes can be requested. The illustrations image quality are generally set to 2K or 4K resolutions with an aspect ratio of 1:1, 16:9, and 9:16.✧ Completed commissions are sent via Gmail.✧ Commissions will be included in my portfolio and social media platforms (Any conditions must be informed in beforehand).✧ Reposting is allowed, as long as I am credited.
✧ Using my artworks for AI training or any AI purposes is strictly prohibited.✧Using my artworks to be used or sold for NFT is strictly prohibited.✧ I accept full-time, contract, and project-based jobs. (I will close commissions once employed.)

PROCESS

✧ Coordination:
Kindly state the purpose of your commission. For original characters, clients are required to send references, ideas, and a detailed description for each character or illustration.✧ Phases:
After the clients give the details of the commission, they must either pay 50% upfront or in full before starting the draft phase.  A.) 3 revisions are allowed per commission during the draft phase. Revisions or changes are not allowed after this phase.  B.) New transaction if the client wants a full revision or change to the commission.  C.) Once the draft phase is confirmed, the client must pay in full.✧ Payment:
The mode of payment should be in USD via Paypal only. Clients who fail to pay in full after the draft phase will have their commission on hold for a maximum of 7 days. The commission will be discontinued if it is past due and will not be refunded. Clients can contact me again to continue their commission after the payment.✧ Feedback:
The waiting timeframe for feedback is 2 days. Priorities will be set for the next commission if the client fails to send any messages within the said timeframe.
